Specialist property finance broker Word On The Street is pleased to announce that the appointment of Jack Medlicott as Partner.
The business has gone from strength to strength, with several award nominations and wins under its belt, and the volume of lending arranged up 400% since June 2024.
In line with its continued ambitions, specialist property solicitor Jack adds a dimension to Word On The Street that will give it a notable edge.
Jack has spent over a decade working with lender clients, ranging from institutional PLCs and larger bridging providers to smaller family offices and start-ups.
He has overseen lending books of up to £200m, across buy-to-let, bridging, development and investment finance.
Jack has honed a specific skillset in revolutionising workflows and improving lender integration with various parties in the transaction process.
At Word On The Street, Jack will play an important role in evolving the broker’s global HNW and non-dom service proposition, as well as enhancing its underwriting and risk management capabilities.
