‘The ‘Solutions by Foundation’ brand of specialist lender, Foundation Home Loans, has announced the return of David Wheatley to the business.
Returning to Foundation as a Regional Account Manager for the brand, Wheatley will be looking after advisory firm relationships, with a specific focus on the product options available under the ‘Solutions’ brand which focus on more complex buy-to-let borrower, property and criteria needs.
David has worked in financial services for close to 10 years, most recently in a variety of regional account and business development manager roles with a number of lenders, including Foundation. His most recent role was as a BDM with Streambank.
Solutions by Foundation is the specialist buy-to-let brand of Foundation Home Loans and offers broad and specialist criteria, and products for an additional layer of specialist buy-to-let needs, covering semi-commercial (mixed-use) property, Multiple Properties on one title, and Complex HMO.
