Together has announced the appointment of three new regional account managers to its team.
Lois Ashcroft, Katie Wilsher-Garratt and Chris Waind will be joining the Cheadle-based company’s intermediaries team under Tanya Elmaz, working with its packagers, brokers and networks and clubs partners.
The new starters will be responsible for managing new and existing relationships with broker partners, assisting them with finding solutions to complex cases across the regulated and unregulated markets.
Lois, who will be working across South Wales, brings 10 years’ experience within the mortgage industry, working at Principality, Pepper Money and most recently, Lendinvest. She has experience of underwriting, advising and has been field based for the last few years, recently focusing on bridging, and commercial after working in regulated finance for 9 years.
Prior to Together, she spent six months with LendInvest as a BDM, focusing on bridging, commercial finance and first charge residential loans.

Chris has worked in specialist finance for 20 years, with the last decade being field-based. He worked as a broker at Freedom Finance and for lenders including First National Bank, Nemo Personal Finance and Central Trust.
He will be working with Together’s packagers and new club and network members across the North-West.
Chris said: “Using my experience of working on both sides of lending transactions, I have a deep understanding of the difficulties brokers face and how best to support them.
“I’m looking forward to meeting our valued packaging partners and to discuss our extensive product range to help more people realise their financial goals.”
With more than two decades financial experience, Katie began her career at Moneypartners where she worked her way up to senior underwriter. From there, she moved into an internal sales role at Link Lending.
Katie also spent time at GE Money, before joining Shawbrook Bank working in a variety of roles including internal sales manager, training manager, BDM and head of networks and retention.
She then founded bridging lender Focused Lending, and held several positions across Central Trust and Tuscan Capital, before moving to Together. She will be working across the South.
