Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG) has announced two new senior hires to help drive the development and growth of the business and its advisers. Catherine Darroue is taking up the new role of Marketing & Brand Director and Rebecca Luter has been appointed as HR Director.
With more than 20 years’ experience working in financial services markets around the world, Catherine Darroue joins from Aetna International (part of Fortune 10 company CVS Health) where she was Global Head of Marketing, Proposition and Corporate Communications for seven years. Prior to this she held senior marketing roles at MetLife, Friends Life and Legal & General.
Rebecca Luter has a proven track record in building diverse and inclusive high-performing teams and joins with 19 years’ financial services experience, having worked for Lloyds Banking Group in senior roles, most recently as HR Director. She is a Chartered Fellow member of the CIPD.
Reporting to CEO Richard Harrison, Catherine will take up her new role on 2 December and Rebecca in January next year, with both joining SBG’s Executive Committee. The new hires follow the recent appointment of Toni Smith as Distribution Director for Sesame Network.
