Norton Group has appointed Amy Husband as its new Head of Operations, as it continues to invest in service delivery and operational efficiency for brokers.
With her role commencing on Monday 9th June, Amy brings a strong background in mortgage operations, joining Norton from Perenna, where she managed underwriting, customer care and servicing. During her time there, she was promoted to Head of Operations, where she led several process improvement initiatives, helping to streamline the borrower journey while maintaining regulatory standards.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Mojo Mortgages, Atom Bank, and INTOUCH Financial Advice, giving her experience across a broad range of operational functions including application processing, intermediary support, and originations.
In her new role, Amy will oversee Norton’s mortgage and loan operations, working closely with internal teams to improve turnaround times, strengthen communication with brokers, and enhance the overall case journey.
Norton Group is a long-established, family-run financial services business based in Rotherham. With over 50 years’ experience, the Group provides a range of secured and unsecured lending solutions, mortgage broking services, and insurance products, working closely with intermediaries to support customers with a wide range of financial needs.
