Lifetime mortgage lender, more2life, has launched its new Adviser Support Hub, a dedicated online resource designed to offer insights around processes, best practices, and key considerations throughout the application process.
Designed to offer convenient and readily accessible information, the Adviser Support Hub is intended to provide advisers with an additional source of support that they can access at their own convenience, around the clock.
Breaking down the application process to its constituent parts, the Hub offers information and guidance, shaped by internal expertise, around fact finding, application, valuation, underwriting, offer generation and funds disbursement.
Under each section, advisers can benefit from FAQs to help them streamline processes, videos that explain each part of the journey in detail and the key considerations to bear in mind, and downloadable resources and guides.
The new Hub feeds into the lender’s wider commitment to helping advisers best support their clients by providing the key information they need to manage client expectations, gather the information they need for a seamless journey and progress their clients’ cases as quickly as possible.
Additionally, the initiative helps advisers make more of the growing opportunities within later life lending and, by assisting new entrants to the market, growing the sector. The launch comes as the planned reform of the State Pension triple lock, from 2030, puts greater focus on retirement income resilience. As housing wealth becomes an increasingly important fourth pillar of retirement planning, the new Adviser Support Hub will give advisers the guidance and tools to consider a broader range of later life lending options as part of more holistic client conversations.
Supporting advisers through a new end-to-end service model
The launch of the Adviser Support Hub coincides with the introduction of more2life's new End-to-End operating model, designed to enhance the experience for advisers and customers throughout the application journey. Under the model, team members have individual ownership of cases, from application through to completion, providing a single, accountable point of support and greater continuity throughout the process.
By reducing unnecessary hand-offs between teams and increasing visibility across the customer journey, the new approach is intended to improve efficiency, accelerate case progression and help resolve queries more quickly. Advisers can benefit from a more consistent service experience, clearer communication and greater confidence that cases are being proactively managed at every stage.
The End-to-End model also equips colleagues with broader expertise across the lifetime mortgage application process, enabling them to better support advisers, identify potential challenges earlier and help deliver smoother outcomes for customers. Together with the Adviser Support Hub, the initiative reflects more2life's ongoing commitment to enhancing adviser support, simplifying processes and helping advisers deliver positive outcomes for clients.
Ben Waugh, Managing Director for Manufacturing at more2life, said:
"The later life lending market continues to evolve, creating significant opportunities for advisers to help more clients achieve better outcomes in retirement. However, as the market grows, advisers need access not only to competitive products, but also to the right support, insight and expertise.
"Our new Adviser Support Hub has been created to make that support easier to access than ever before. Whether advisers are looking for practical guidance, educational resources or process support, the hub brings everything together in one place, making it easier to find the information and assistance they need.
"Alongside the launch of the hub, we've also introduced a new End-to-End operating model that gives our colleagues greater ownership of cases from application through to completion, improving accountability and increasing visibility across the customer journey.
"At more2life, we've always believed that great adviser support is about helping advisers build confidence, save time and deliver the best possible outcomes for their clients. Together, the Adviser Support Hub and our End-to-End service model represent another important step in our commitment to making it easier for advisers to do achieve better outcomes for the customers they support."
