Specialist lender ModaMortgages has been appointed as an official lender patron of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).

Brokers will now be able to select from the lender’s products and criteria which are available to a variety of landlord types, including those with small or large portfolios, individuals, limited companies, first-time buyers and first-time landlords. It also lends on both HMOs and MUFBs of up to six bedrooms or units.

NACFB is the UK's largest independent trade body for commercial finance intermediaries, ensuring that small-to-medium-sized enterprises get access to trustworthy and compliant business funding.

Roger Morris, Group Distribution Director at Chetwood Bank for ModaMortgages and CHL Mortgages, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be appointed as an official lender patron of the NACFB. The support, guidance and enthusiasm shown to us by Jim Higginbotham and the wider NACFB team has been outstanding, and the early engagement and demand from members for our products and criteria has been truly energising.

“This partnership gives us a fantastic opportunity to deliver our range of simple and straightforward lending solutions which place the landlord firmly at the heart of everything we do. We’re incredibly excited about what we can achieve together.”

Jim Higginbotham, CEO of NACFB, added: “We’re pleased to welcome ModaMortgages as an official lender patron of the NACFB.

“As our Patron community continues to grow, it’s important that brokers have access to a broad range of lenders, propositions and sector perspectives across the commercial finance market.

“We look forward to working with the ModaMortgages’ team as they engage with NACFB Members and become part of the wider Association community.”
