Millbrook Business Finance has appointed Coenraad Rossow as its new Sales Director.
Coenraad will lead their 17-strong sales team during a pivotal moment in the rollout of a bold strategic growth initiative.
In his new role, Coenraad will define and deliver a clear and motivating sales vision, establish robust KPIs, and implement scalable systems and repeatable processes. He will take ownership of daily sales operations and collaborate closely with marketing to ensure seamless alignment between lead generation and outbound strategies. His mandate also includes coaching and developing the entire sales team.
Coenraad brings a wealth of experience with 18 years in the UK and Southern African commercial finance sector. He most recently served as Commercial Sales Director at V4B Business Finance, where he led SME financing strategies and built scalable business functions specialising in commercial loans and asset finance.
Prior to that, he has worked for WhiteOak UK, Shire Professional Funding and Kampwater directing cross-functional teams spanning sales, marketing, and project delivery, driving strong growth in both asset and business lending.
