Private real estate lender Mera Investment Management has appointed Raj Bath as Director of Portfolio Management, Capital & Reporting.
Raj is a chartered accountant, having qualified at City firm Dixon Wilson.
He then went on to play a key role in establishing Topland’s lending division in 2012, where he was integral in loan structuring and portfolio management, as well as being responsible for developing the firm’s financial models, internal processes and reporting frameworks.
Raj managed a substantial loan book at Topland, where he spent over 15 years and worked with now CEO of Mera, Edward Matthews.
As Mera’s Portfolio Manager, Raj will take a hands-on approach to loan and asset management and reporting.
He will work closely with the origination and underwriting teams and help develop the Mera proposition and processes.
