LMS, which launched National Property Transaction Network (NPTN) in 2024, is proud to announce new appointments within the commercial team to focus on fostering key relationships and driving the company’s continued growth.

The recent restructure includes the promotion of Richard Norman to Head of Partnerships and Emily Haskey to Head of Customer Success, whilst Mat Hahn joins the business as Head of Estate Agents.

Mat Hahn has over twenty years of experience in the residential estate agency sector and will be working with estate agents to raise awareness of LMS and NPTN, ensuring both compliment their existing processes whilst enhancing their customer’s experience through seamless integrations and Digital Sale-Ready listings. His experience provides a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the industry.

After two successful years at LMS and having such an impactful role in the success of LMS’s industry-leading pilot which led to the birth of NPTN, Emily Haskey has been promoted to Head of Customer Success. Emily will be responsible for ensuring that LMS continues to build strong and lasting relationships with its customers, focussing on customer needs and maintaining excellent standards in service delivery.

Richard’s career, spanning nearly twenty years in conveyancing services, provides a solid foundation for his new role as Head of Partnerships. Richard will be responsible for nurturing and expanding LMS’s network of trusted partners, ensuring continuous engagement with all stakeholders involved in the home buying and selling process. Richard is also heading up the Intermediary & Product Sales Team, focussing on product adoption including, Select, Panel Builder, Confirmly, Validate, and more.

Travis Scholes, Commercial Director at LMS comments on the company’s new appointments:

‘We are excited to announce our new appointments at such a pivotal time for LMS and the industry as a whole. Emily, Richard, and Matt bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and industry insight that will be invaluable as we continue to grow our services. Their collective expertise supports our mission to engage with and connect all stakeholders in home buying and selling, creating a better experience for all and, ultimately, making conveyancing easy.

‘At LMS, we are committed to our people and extremely proud of their dedication and successes so far. I have no doubt that our new appointments will complement and support the wider LMS team, and I’m excited to see what we can achieve as a result.’
