JammJar has announced it will unveil the next generation of its AI-powered mortgage platform during an exclusive live online launch this September, giving brokers the first opportunity to experience the biggest evolution of the platform to date.
Taking place at 11am on Thursday 17 September, the webinar will showcase a major new release designed to remove more administration, automate more everyday processes and give advisers more time to focus on their clients.
As part of the upgrade, firms will be able to configure JammJar entirely around their own way of working, designing their own processes using an intuitive workflow automation canvas, to define application stages that reflect how cases are managed within their business.
The next generation of the platform also automates more of the administration that slows advisers down, with AI agents working alongside advisers to progress cases automatically and flag where human intervention is needed.
Reporting has also been rebuilt from the ground up. Firm principals gain a detailed, real-time view across the entire business and can move from high-level performance reporting directly into the underlying case in just a couple of clicks.
And the release will extend JammJar beyond the mortgage application, with a new Microsoft integration that brings advisers' emails and calendars into the platform amd an iPipeline integration adding protection sourcing. Together, these developments move JammJar closer to its ambition of delivering an operating system for the modern mortgage firm.
The live webinar will demonstrate how these capabilities work in practice, showing brokers how the platform can remove administration, simplify compliance and give advisers more time to focus on their clients.
Karl Griffin, CEO and co-founder of JammJar, said:
"This is by far the biggest evolution of the platform since we launched JammJar. We've taken everything we've learned from working alongside brokers and combined it with the latest advances in artificial intelligence to build a platform that feels fundamentally different.
"The upgraded AI Assistant is a great example. Rather than simply helping with the screen you're working on, it can now understand and work across your entire business, helping advisers find information faster, make better decisions and remove significant amounts of manual administration.
"Combined with deeper integrations, intelligent automation and a fully configurable customer experience, we're creating a platform that adapts to the way firms want to work, allowing advisers to spend less time managing systems and more time advising clients.
"This webinar is about showing brokers exactly what that looks like in practice. We'll be demonstrating real customer journeys, real workflows and real scenarios, so advisers can see first-hand what the next generation of mortgage technology really looks like."
The webinar is free to attend and registration is now open here.
