Instamo today announces it is integrating with Fluxifi AI, the AI-powered advice platform for property finance professionals, which will give brokers who use Fluxifi access to FastSubmit. FastSubmit enables advisers and administrators to autofill DIPs and Full Mortgage Applications up to 10x faster, with Instamo reporting an average saving of 26 minutes per case. Advisers review and approve every field before anything is submitted to a lender.
Fluxifi brings residential, buy-to-let, protection, bridging and development finance into a single platform, helping directly authorised and appointed representative firms manage cases, documentation and compliance in one place. With the integration, brokers using Fluxifi will be able to take the case data already held in Fluxifi and push it into Instamo, removing the need to rekey the same details into each lender portal.
FastSubmit acts as an intelligent layer between advisers and lender portals, autofilling DIP and Full Mortgage Application forms directly from case data for the adviser to review and approve before submission. This reduces both submission time and the risk of input errors, giving advisers and administrators more time to focus on clients.
