DPT Monitoring Surveyors has appointed two new Surveyors and announced a rebrand and new website to support strong growth acceleration.
Stephen Gill will be responsible for overseeing new development and heavy project builds. He joins from Greenbox Interiors where he held the title of Director and possesses a skillset including surveying, valuing, estimating, programming and managing schemes.
Conor Lee enters the business having graduated with a 2:1 in Building Surveying from Salford University, he will initially be focused on progress reports for light and medium works projects.
The appointments are part of a growth strategy that has seen the business land several new lenders over the last 12 months, while also changing their name to DPT Monitoring Surveyors from TecCre8 Services to provide greater clarity on their services.
