Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), one of the UK's leading providers of property risk management, valuations and home surveys, has recorded another 100% pass rate in the latest AssocRICS assessment window, with all 13 candidates in its most recent trainee cohort successfully achieving qualification.

The latest results continue a strong track record for the business's training programme and reflect its ongoing commitment to supporting new entrants into the residential surveying profession.

CSS's structured development pathway combines technical training, practical field experience and mentoring, helping trainees build the knowledge and confidence required to progress towards professional qualification.

The success of the latest cohort comes as CSS prepares a further six trainee surveyors for the next AssocRICS submission window in July. An additional six trainees joined the business in May and are currently working towards qualification later this year.

Recruitment is also underway for the next intake as CSS continues to expand its training programme and support career progression within residential surveying.

Sarah Chalmers-Stevens, Associate Director of Learning & Development at Countrywide Surveying Services, said:

"Achieving AssocRICS standard requires a significant amount of commitment, resilience and professionalism. Every candidate in this cohort has worked hard to reach this point and should be proud of what they have accomplished. Their success reflects the effort they have invested throughout the qualification process and provides a strong platform for their future careers."

"Surveying today is very different from even a decade ago. Alongside traditional valuation and inspection skills, surveyors are expected to understand a growing range of factors, from environmental considerations and building performance through to technology and data-led decision-making. Training programmes need to evolve alongside those demands, ensuring individuals are equipped with both the technical knowledge and practical experience required to succeed in a modern surveying environment."
