Bower Home Finance has underlined its focus on adviser effectiveness and strong client outcomes by continuing to utilise the Advise Wise sourcing platform as part of its later life advice process.
The strengthened relationship reflects a shared focus on operational efficiency, accuracy and clarity in later life sourcing, supporting advisers as the advice landscape becomes increasingly complex.
The Advise Wise Platform provides API driven sourcing capability, enabling integration with broker CRM systems and lenders to streamline sourcing, quotations and application submission, while reducing the need for re keying information. This supports efficient workflows and consistency across the advice process.
Bower’s advisers will also benefit from continued access to Advise Wise’s cost-free tools (again available for all registered users), such as the recently-enhanced Cost of Borrowing Calculator, providing a fully customisable tool to demonstrate to customers the cost of borrowing of one or more products, helping to illustrate options clearly for clients, and offering comprehensive forecasting which incorporates HPI, property value, initial borrowing, interest rates, fees, and payment options for accurate projections.
Advise Wise’s recent survey among advisers highlighted the wide-ranging benefits and value sourcing platforms can add to the later life journey, with 21% of respondents using sourcing platforms to access tools and calculators (such as those to demonstrate affordability and repayment modelling) to aid in client conversations, and a further 20% used the tools on platforms to aid them in performing state benefit entitlement checks.
Speaking of the enhanced partnership, Advise Wise CEO Jonathan Thirkill says: “We’re undoubtedly living in an age where the effective leveraging of technology in the advice process is critical to delivering great outcomes for consumers, and where driving synergies between sourcing platforms, adviser firms, and lenders is more important than ever. In Bower Home Finance, we’re pleased to deliver ongoing support to such a recognisable brand in the later life space, and look forward to providing similar for our other broker partners, both new and old, throughout 2026.”
Commenting on the platform, Geoff Charles, CEO at Bower Home Finance, said:
“Under the FCA Consumer Duty, we are required to evidence that our processes support good customer outcomes. We assess sourcing platforms against adviser effectiveness, client understanding and service quality, including how well they support informed decision making. Advise Wise continues to perform strongly against those measures and aligns well with the way we deliver compliant, client focused later life advice.”
