Ampla Finance, the specialist lender focused on legal finance and inheritance-related lending, has expanded its team with three new appointments across marketing and introducer-facing roles.
The new hires include Amanda Wesson as Marketing Manager, alongside Hakeem Osinowo and Ryan Eastoe, who both join as Growth Specialists. Together, they bring experience across marketing, property finance and client-facing roles, and will support Ampla’s focus on improving the introducer experience and ensuring cases are handled clearly and efficiently.
Amanda Wesson joins as Marketing Manager, bringing a background in digital marketing across financial services, including roles at Shawbrook and Funding Circle.
She has experience across SEO, email marketing, campaign delivery and partner engagement, and will be responsible for delivering Ampla’s marketing activity, supporting introducer communications and ensuring the firm’s proposition is clearly presented across its channels.
Hakeem Osinowo joins as Growth Specialist, specialising in bridging, probate and family law-related finance. He brings experience from across the commercial and specialist finance market, including previous roles as a Commercial Mortgage Specialist at Provide Finance and as a Case Manager at Merryoaks Finance.
In his role, Hakeem will work closely with brokers, advisers and legal professionals to support funding across complex and time-sensitive cases, helping to ensure applications are structured clearly and progress smoothly.
Ryan Eastoe also joins as Growth Specialist, focusing on supporting introducers and their clients across divorce and inheritance-related funding scenarios.
He brings nearly eight years of experience in client-facing roles, most recently as Assistant Manager at Haynes Brothers Limited, where he supported team development and day-to-day sales operations. His background also includes earlier roles focused on sales and leadership development.
At Ampla, Ryan will work alongside intermediaries to help manage complex cases, ensuring clients receive the support they need during what can often be challenging periods.
These appointments follow recent additions across underwriting, compliance and growth, including Grace Fuller as Head of Underwriting, Brogan Buckley as Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, and Becky Dixon as Growth Manager, bolstering the firm’s ability to support introducers throughout the lending process.
Ampla Finance works with introducers, legal professionals and direct clients to provide funding for legal proceedings and lending designed to be repaid from future inheritance. Its approach combines technology-led processes with manual underwriting, allowing cases to be assessed on their individual merits.
Peter Beaumont, Chief Executive Officer at Ampla Finance, said:
“We are continuing to invest in the areas that matter most to introducers, which is clear communication, consistency and a team that understands the detail behind each case.
“Amanda, Hakeem and Ryan each bring different strengths, but all share a focus on working closely with brokers and professional partners to move cases forward in a considered way.
“These appointments enhance our ability to support introducers across a range of scenarios, particularly where cases involve legal complexity or time-sensitive requirements, and reflect the direction we are taking as a business.”
Amanda Wesson, Marketing Manager at Ampla Finance, added:
'I’m excited to be joining Ampla at a time when the business is building real momentum.
“There’s a clear opportunity to strengthen relationships with our introducers and partners, and to continue establishing the brand by ensuring our proposition is clear and easy to understand.
“I am looking forward to working with the team to support this and ensure our marketing reflects how the business operates and our values.”
Hakeem Osinowo, Growth Specialist at Ampla Finance, commented:
“A lot of the cases we deal with involve situations where timing and clarity are critical. Being able to work closely with introducers and legal professionals to find a solution and keep things moving is a key part of the role.
“I am looking forward to building those relationships and helping ensure finance supports progress rather than slowing it down.”
Ryan Eastoe, Growth Specialist at Ampla Finance, said:
“What stands out about Ampla is the focus on people as well as the outcome. Many of the scenarios we support involve important life events, and it is important that introducers and their clients feel supported throughout the process.
“I am looking forward to working closely with partners to help guide cases through and ensure clients are supported at every stage.”
