Allisons Financial Planning has become the latest mortgage advice firm to go live with JammJar, adopting the AI-powered operating system to help transform the way its advisers and support teams manage clients and cases.
The move will see Allisons use JammJar to bring people, processes, communication and data together within a single operating system, with AI at the heart of the mortgage advice journey.
Unlike conventional CRM systems, JammJar combines AI, workflow automation and intelligent business insights to reduce administration, strengthen compliance and give advisers more time to focus on clients.
Rather than simply digitising existing processes, JammJar is designed to create an intelligent layer across the mortgage business, connecting the technology and information advisers use throughout the customer journey and helping firms move away from manual processes and disconnected systems.
Allisons is the latest mortgage firm to adopt JammJar as the platform continues to build momentum ahead of the launch of its next-generation technology.
The latest version of JammJar will be unveiled during a live online webinar on Thursday 17 September at 11am, showcasing enhanced AI capabilities, configurable workflow automation, AI agents, deeper Microsoft and iPipeline integrations, and a redesigned customer experience.
The webinar is free to attend and registration is now open here.
Lisa Collins, Head of Growth at Allisons Financial Planning, said:
“We think the real opportunity with AI isn’t simply about making the administration around mortgage advice a little bit quicker, it’s completely rethinking how advisers work.
“That’s what attracted us to JammJar. We want technology that works in the background and allows our advisers to be more present with their clients. If AI can take care of more of the repetitive work, our people can concentrate on the parts of the job where being human really matters.”
Karl Griffin, CEO and co-founder of JammJar, said:
“There’s a strange contradiction in the way our industry talks about AI. We talk about incredibly sophisticated technology, but advisers are still spending huge parts of their day sitting at a keyboard, manually entering information, updating systems and chasing cases.
“We want to change that. Our ambition with JammJar is that an adviser shouldn’t need to touch a keyboard to keep their CRM up to date. The technology should be doing that work in the background, understanding what has happened and helping the business determine what needs to happen next.
“That’s why we talk about AI making mortgage advice more human. The objective isn’t to use technology to put distance between advisers and their clients; it’s the opposite. We want AI to take away the repetitive work so advisers have more time to listen, understand, reassure and advise.
“Allisons understands that this isn’t about replacing one CRM with another. It’s an opportunity to change how the business operates, and that’s exactly the kind of firm we want to work with.”
