With nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage and property sector and a proven track record of relationship-building, industry insight, and a passion for innovation, Teresa’s appointment signals YouConvey’s strengthened commitment to fostering seamless integrations and collaborative relationships with mortgage brokers.
Teresa joins YouConvey following a 19-year tenure at GW Legal, where she rose to Senior Business Development Manager and later Head of Account Management. In her previous role, she was responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers and financial advisers, guiding clients through the mortgage process from initial contact to completion, and providing quotes, updates, and support directly to customers.
At YouConvey, Teresa is reuniting with industry trailblazer Eddie Goldsmith, founder of YouConvey and former Senior Partner at Goldsmith Williams with whom she first worked with during GW’s early years as one of the most progressive conveyancing firms in the UK.
Teresa’s move to YouConvey is driven by the company’s commitment to a faster, more client-focused digital experience. I’m excited to bring that same spirit to YouConvey – but this time with the added advantage of smart technology, ensuring a seamless process for all.”
Her immediate focus is reconnecting with long-standing contacts in the mortgage broker community, and she comments, “I’ve spent nearly 20 years building these relationships, and many introducers have become good friends. It’s time to reconnect with those contacts whilst forming relationships with new brokers and letting them know there’s a new kid on the block.”
