Together will be hosting a new webinar for brokers on understanding the legal process for clients raising secured finance against properties and land in England, Scotland and Wales.
The webinar, on Friday 6th December, will also offer tips on achieving a speedier completion for customers.
Together's Michelle Walsh, Barry Mathews and Sally Precious Ward will discuss the lender’s legal process and what types of cases it can fund internally without the need for a customer to instruct their own solicitor.
They’ll also explain when third party charges and indemnity policies can be considered to help structure and complete an application at pace.
Timothy Leigh, Partner at Priority Law, and David Watson, Director at Wilson McKendrick will also be joining to discuss trends they have identified, and how brokers can work with their customers to avoid the common reasons for delays in the completion process.
