The Right Mortgage & Protection Network (TRM) has announced the appointment of Sandra Feuell as its new Insurance Development Manager.
Reporting to Amy Wilson, Head of Insurance at TRM, Sandra will be responsible for delivering a wide range of protection and insurance support to TRM member firms, including:
- Rolling out insurance projects across the network.
- Developing the network’s specialist PMI division.
- Providing adviser training on TRM’s CRM system.
- Supporting AR firms to grow, develop staff, and expand product permissions.
- Delivering training, support and development courses aligned to business needs.
- Enhancing adviser knowledge and skills to improve sales, profitability, and advice quality.
- Creating and managing protection-focused projects.
Sandra brings over two decades of experience in protection and business development, with a strong track record in adviser training, product innovation, and developing protection departments from the ground up.
Most recently, she was Head of Protection at Motion Mortgages and Protection, where she established and scaled the protection insurance department, managed provider relationships, and advised on personal, business, and group protection, as well as private medical insurance.
Her career also includes senior positions at Feuell4Life, Freelancer Financials, The Mortgage Lender, Castle Trust, and Santander Asset Management.
