Sesame has appointed Araminta Hoare as Growth Consultant to work with firms on plans that strengthen their businesses and support long-term success. Reporting into Sesame Director, Toni Smith, Araminta will work side by side with advisers to shape growth plans that are practical, achievable, and tailored to each firm’s goals.
Araminta brings more than 17 years of experience across financial services, including distribution, strategic planning, and performance management. Her track record is built on helping businesses adapt and thrive, and she brings a sharp focus on strategy without losing sight of what matters most: people and relationships.
