Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG) has appointed Shane Wright as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a new role focused on driving the Group’s technology and data strategy. Wright joins the Executive team to accelerate SBG’s transformation and deliver a more technology-driven future for advisers.
Wright brings more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, including co-founding two SaaS businesses and leading global engineering teams. He has built platforms processing billions of transactions and developed new revenue streams through product innovation.
As a Proactive Partner for Life, SBG is harnessing technology to help advisers deliver consistently good customer outcomes.

In addition to Wright’s appointment, SBG has also promoted Chris Egerton to Head of Technology and confirmed Matt Speed as Head of Continuous Improvement. These changes strengthen the Group’s leadership as it advances its transformation agenda.
