
West One has announced the appointment of Sam Pettit as Regional Account Manager, Short-term Finance (North). Her role will cover England and Scotland, strengthening the specialist lender’s foothold in one of the UK's fastest-growing property markets.
Pettit brings extensive experience in specialist finance, having most recently served as Business Development Manager at Crystal Specialist Finance where she played a central role in cultivating and managing broker relationships across a wide range of specialist finance products. Prior to that, she held the position of Broker Relationship Manager at Clever Lending.
Pettit’s track record and demonstrated ability in building strong partnerships at regional scale will be of immense value as West One expands its northern operations. Her addition to the Short-term Division further demonstrates the specialist lender’s continued commitment to strengthening ties with brokers in the region following the opening of a Manchester office earlier in the year.
In her new role, Pettit will focus on developing and maintaining broker relationships across the Northern region, supporting partners with West One's short-term lending solutions including bridging finance, development finance, as well as commercial mortgage lending.
