Nivo is inviting brokers to join the Nivo Collective, a new programme offering exclusive terms and hands-on support to firms ready to put AI to work and share their results with the wider market.
The Nivo Collective will bring together a limited number of firms using Nivo Collect, its ready-to-use AI assistant, to build a group of advocates who can demonstrate how AI works in day-to-day broking. The November intake is open now to UK brokers writing 15 or more new cases a month.
Nivo Collect gathers, checks and chases the documents needed to package a mortgage or commercial finance case. Brokers simply email in the details, with the assistant requesting evidence, checking information as it arrives and following up on missing documents before returning a submission-ready pack with an AI case report. It works through the brokerage’s existing email process, with no installation or integration project.
Participating firms will receive two weeks free across all their cases, with the Nivo team working alongside them. They will then pay a flat £500 plus VAT a month for all cases during the first two paid months, subject to fair use.
From month three, firms will move to a standard plan starting at £500 plus VAT a month, agreed beforehand based on their actual case volumes. There is no setup fee and brokers can cancel at any time.
In return, Nivo is seeking brokers ready to put real cases through Collect from week one and firms will be asked for permission to feature their experiences in case studies, PR and events.
Matthew Elliott, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Nivo, said:
“Brokers want to know what AI can actually do for their business. Can it take work off their team? Can it reduce the time spent chasing documents? Can it give advisers more time to support clients? And the most useful answers come from other brokers already using it on real cases.
“Nivo Collect is live and we now want to back brokers who are ready to use it across their business and share what they achieve.
“That’s the thinking behind the Nivo Collective. We’ll give firms hands-on support and exclusive terms to get started. In return, we want real use and honest feedback. If it works for them, we’d like their help showing the wider market what it can do.”
