Newcastle for Intermediaries has announced a significant investment in its Business Development Manager (BDM) team, reinforcing its commitment to empowering broker partners with even greater choice, expertise and responsiveness.
Following extensive feedback from brokers across the country, Newcastle for Intermediaries has expanded its frontline support to include both field-based and dedicated telephone BDMs in every postcode area. Brokers can now select their preferred method of engagement including face-to-face meetings or virtual consultations, ensuring they receive tailored guidance and updates to best suit their workflow.
Laura Gauden, national sales manager at Newcastle Building Society said: “Our broker network is at the heart of everything we do. By growing our BDM team and offering both in-person and virtual channels we’re making it easier than ever for our broker partners to access our experts and support their customers.”
Key highlights of enhanced BDM support include:
- Expanded coverage: Every postcode area now benefits from a local field-based BDM, alongside a dedicated telephone BDM who can provide instant support
- Broker choice: Brokers choose how they engage – whether meeting face-to-face at their office or via virtual consultation – whenever and wherever it’s most convenient
- Seamless transition for existing relationships: Broker relationships with Connells and Countrywide remain unchanged, ensuring continuity of service
