YBS Commercial Mortgages has welcomed a new team member to its Business Development Team, as Michelle Lowe joins, taking on the role of business development manager.
Michelle has worked in the financial services industry since 2004, building extensive experience across a wide range of sectors. Since 2014, she has specialised in commercial lending, supporting direct clients, introducers and brokers with tailored finance solutions. With a strong background in deal structuring, Michelle also has significant expertise in investment lending, including bridging finance, buy-to-let portfolios and commercial mortgages.
She will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office in Manchester, but will be covering the whole country.
The commercial lender’s business development team is the first point of contact for its panel of brokers. The team’s focus is on delivering a fast turnaround on new lending enquiries and providing dedicated personal support across its product range.

Michelle will be working closely with other Business Development team members including head of broker strategy, Andrea Challis, and business development managers Luke Douse, Barry Dillon, Christian Gooderson, Thomas Mac Donnchadha Hill and Chris Gagg.
