Mortgage Brain, the leading technology provider for the mortgage industry, has successfully onboarded both Mortgage Force and Affinity Group, to its new Mortgage Brain Hub. Brokers from both firms now have access to all five Mortgage Brain modules (Sourcing, Criteria, Affordability, Submissions and CRM) swelling the overall number of onboarded users to over 2,000 since the formal launch in September 2025.
A bespoke onboarding programme was developed in close collaboration with both firms to ensure that the needs of all users were accommodated. Mortgage Force and Affinity were each appointed a dedicated Mortgage Brain National Account Manager, present on-site, to oversee the transformation.
Mortgage Brain has invested in ongoing assistance, education and customer success with a multi-channel training approach that includes live webinars, on-demand video guides, articles, and access to live chat support. Users are fully supported beyond initial implementation, enabling them to build confidence, embed the technology into day-to-day workflows, and continue to get the most from the platform.
For brokers and advisers, the Mortgage Brain Hub creates a fully joined-up way of working, with complete connectivity across systems, reduced duplication, and faster case progression. The Hub supports advisers in managing client relationships more effectively, while providing a secure environment that helps protect client data and supports ongoing compliance requirements.
