Mortgage Brain has grown its Customer Success Team with two new appointments.

Richard Bethune-Wright and Ashley Cope join as Customer Success Administrators, two exciting new roles for the business following the huge success of the launch of Mortgage Brain’s most recent suite of solutions.

Richard and Ashley will be supporting the sales & marketing team with the successful migration of existing users from legacy products onto the latest versions of Mortgage Brain’s modules, as well as welcoming and onboarding brand new clients onto the ‘all-in-one’ Mortgage Brain Hub platform.

Ashley comes from a valuable customer services background and has management experience gained in the catering and hospitality industry. She has also held various digital marketing roles, volunteering for a number of years for the social mobility charity, Digilearning, where she created content for social media. Richard brings with him vital experience gained from his 20plus years working in financial services. He has held previous customer success roles with Acre Software, Constantia Wealth & Finance, and Trussle as well as a number of mortgage administrator positions.

Neil Wyatt, Sales & Marketing Director at Mortgage Brain, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome Richard and Ashley to the Mortgage Brain team. Their appointments strengthen our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our customers as we continue to roll out our latest generation of technology. Both will play a vital role in supporting brokers through migration and onboarding, ensuring every user benefits fully from the innovative Mortgage Brain Hub.”
