Mortgage Brain, in conjunction with mortgage and protection advice network, Primis, has announced, following a successful first stage pilot last year, that their next-generation broker technology has reached another milestone – as the rollout to Primis members begins.

The technology, which will revolutionise the way that Primis members support their customers, has been in development throughout 2025 and is now ready for brokers to use the first elements of the system allowing them to familiarise themselves with how the technology operates in practice.

The overall system is made up of five integrated propositions with four of them being made available immediately for the 2,500 Primis members to use. They are Sourcing Brain, Criteria Brain, Affordability Brain and Submissions Brain. The fifth proposition, CRM Brain, will be rolled out in tranches over the remainder of 2026.

The rollout comes after a successful first stage pilot last year which involved full consultation and testing with end users – and the development of live and on-demand training, user guides and videos that are now fully supporting implementation of the new technology.

Zahid Bilgrami, Chief Executive Officer at Mortgage Brain said:

“We are delighted to be able to bring our next generation solution to Primis members. Primis has played an integral role in the development and design of Mortgage Brain’s technology, working in close partnership across testing, feedback and future roadmap developments to ensure it closely meets the real-world needs of brokers and their businesses.”

Richard Howells, Group Managing Director for Financial Services at LSL, said:

“We have been investing heavily in broker technology to deliver a best-in-class system for our members. That is something they have asked for, and working in partnership with Mortgage Brain, we have taken those requests seriously and delivered.

“This latest milestone – that sees the rollout of the technology begin - demonstrates what can be achieved through genuine partnership and by working collaboratively with Mortgage Brain. The rollout of these four core modules is a significant step forward, and the phased onboarding of CRM Brain ensures firms are fully supported and set up for long-term success.”
