Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) has appointed Joanne Brading as Interim Chief Marketing Officer.
Joanne brings over 20 years of expertise in marketing transformation, digital innovation, and customer-centric change across financial services, insurance, and utilities. Previously, Joanne has held senior leadership roles at Virgin Money, HomeServe, and MBNA, where she delivered major rebrands, data-driven strategies, and digital-first marketing models.
As part of MAB’s transformation priorities, bringing together its technology, marketing, data, product, operations, and delivery functions, Joanne will play a key role in guiding the evolution of MAB’s marketing function and focus on a number of strategic areas, including:
- Delivering compelling value propositions and seamless, customer-centric journeys.
- Driving a digital-first, consumer-focused approach to marketing and engagement
- Upskilling and fostering agility to build future-ready marketing capabilities.
