Liddle Perrett director David Liddle is currently leading a team of adventurers, athletes and campaigners on a Nordic Arctic expedition to raise funds for two UK charities supporting disadvantaged young people.
As part of the Pulk and Peak – Cold Frontier 2026 challenge, the team of 10 are trekking across remote terrain in Norway in sub-zero temperatures, hauling equipment on skis and camping in harsh winter conditions.
The expedition aims to raise money and awareness for Fatima’s UK Campaign and The SpeedoMick Foundation, which support disadvantaged children and young people. All funds raised will be split equally between the two charities.
Liddle said: “We’re deliberately placing ourselves in an extreme environment to highlight the very real hardships faced by young people who grow up without stability, security or support. This challenge is about teamwork, resilience and compassion.”
The expedition began on Monday 2 February 2026, with the team travelling from Oslo to the mountain settlement of Finse before embarking on a six-day Arctic journey. Temperatures are expected to fall as low as -20°C.
