L&C Mortgages has appointed Dan Payne as its new Chief Operating Officer. Dan will report into Sidney Wager, Managing Director at L&C.
Payne brings over twenty years of leadership experience in financial services, with expertise that spans strategic sales planning, distribution, and customer experience. Dan has a proven record of driving growth and innovation, most recently as Group Sales Director at Together Money, where he delivered significant lending volumes across multiple business channels.
Prior to that Payne was a Managing Director at Fluent Money Group, where his team delivered year-on-year revenue growth and he was a member of the board that ultimately achieved the successful sale of the business.
