Just Mortgages, one of the UK’s largest mortgage brokerages, has strengthened its estate agency division with the appointment of Joe Cavalier as divisional sales director.
With more than 17 years of experience across both estate agency and financial services, Joe brings a strong combination of frontline sales and mortgage expertise to the role. He will oversee a team of 11 brokers across nine branches, focusing on driving growth, increasing profitability, and expanding the team as the business continues to evolve.
Joe’s career began in 2008 as a valuations and branch manager at Enfield Estate Agents, before spending more than five years as branch manager at Your Move. Following a period at Purplebricks as a local property expert, he went on to manage another branch at Manning Stainton. Transitioning into financial services, Joe became a mortgage consultant at Sequence UK, before joining Evolve Financial Solutions as a new build mortgage broker and later a mortgage team leader.
Now returning to his estate agency roots, Joe joins Just Mortgages with a clear ambition to unite estate agency and financial services through a joined-up, results-driven approach.
