Digital solutions provider e4 Strategic, the company which recently launched VERSA, a new digital workflow platform to the UK market, has appointed Graeme Winser as a Non-Executive Director of the company right at the outset of its UK journey.
Well known across the market, Graeme’s last permanent corporate role was at Nationwide Building Society, where he was responsible for Valuations, Property Risk and Underwriting. His previous roles also include Managing Director positions at Ekins Surveyors, UK Valuation and Hometrack. Since leaving Nationwide in 2020, he has provided consultancy services to a range of businesses across the property and lending sectors, including UK Property Risk.
Graeme is a Director and Partner of UKPR (UK Property Risk) working with industry partners to evolve safe, modern and data driven improvements to valuation, environmental and conveyancing solutions within the mortgage lending journey. He is focussed on transparent fair customer outcomes.
VERSA has been developed in the UK over the past four years in collaboration with some of the industry’s leading mortgage lenders and conveyancing experts, backed by over two decades of experience delivering similar solutions to South Africa’s largest mortgage lenders and conveyancers.
