
Foundation Home Loans, the intermediary-only specialist lender, has unveiled a significant enhancement to its core buy to let range with the launch of a new product in the rarely occupied 85% LTV space.
Available to both individuals and limited companies, the specialist lender’s F1 buy to let product offers a five-year fixed rate of 6.49%, a minimum loan size of £100,000, no product fee and is available up to 85% loan-to-vale. There is no minimum income requirement, and brokers will continue to benefit from Foundation’s same-day DIP turnaround times.
By combining high LTV lending with zero product fees, the product is designed to appeal to a wide range of borrowers, from first-time landlords to seasoned investors seeking to release equity or expand their portfolios.
This launch positions Foundation Home Loans as one of only two lenders currently active at this LTV level in the buy to let market. It complements the lender’s broader BTL offering and reinforces its reputation as a responsive, innovation-driven lender focused on delivering practical, real-world solutions for landlords.
