Fleet Mortgages launch new five-year fixes across all product ranges

Fleet Mortgages, the buy-to-let specialist lender, has today (5th November 2024) launched a new range of five-year, fixed-rate products available in all of its three core product areas: standard, limited company and HMO/Multi-Unit Block (MUB)

Fleet Mortgages, the buy-to-let specialist lender, has today (5th November 2024) launched a new range of five-year, fixed-rate products available in all of its three core product areas: standard, limited company and HMO/Multi-Unit Block (MUB).

Available up to 75% LTV, the new standard and limited company products are available at a rate of 5.29%, while the HMO/MUB product is offered at 5.69%.

These new, five-year fixed-rate products all come with a fee of 3%, with a minimum of £750.
