This new collaboration with Mast is part of The Cumberland’s ongoing commitment to improving the intermediary experience and follows the successful introduction of its affordability calculator earlier this year. After a short implementation period, the Mast platform allows The Cumberland to seamlessly benefit from upgrades and continuous access to the latest features.
The broker portal offers mortgage advisers an efficient and user-friendly platform for managing client applications. It goes beyond simply the broker portal, supporting the entire mortgage journey— from initial enquiry to application submission and completion—while automating administrative tasks such as document uploads.
