CSBF Capital Partners have officially joined the panel of lenders able to offer short-term finance with a Heter Iska. This certification allows CSBF to provide finance agreements between members of the Jewish faith in a way that is permissible under Jewish law.
The agreement became official at a ceremony on 9th June 2025. And was signed by Jessica Rajwan and Henry Ejdelbaum from CSBF, and Dayan Eli Brief and Tsvi Pappenhein from the UOHC.
CSBF now has the capability to structure their loans as an investment partnership, which ensures that the loan is compliant with religious guidelines.
Jourdan Rajwan, Director of CSBF, comments:
“Being able to officially provide finance with a Heter Iskar agreement is more than merely a compliance milestone. It allows us to build partnerships with some of our brokers and clients who require compatibility with religious requirements. We're excited about the future this enables for CSBF, and how this can help drive our ambitious growth aspirations for the next few years.”
