Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has appointed Steve Lees as Associate Director of Technical Services.
Steve brings over 25 years of extensive experience in residential surveying and valuation. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Specialist for Residential Surveying at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), where he was instrumental in driving the advancement of professional standards across the sector. Steve now returns to CSS, where he worked earlier in his career.
In his new role, Steve will support CSS’s expanding technical team, which brings together some of the industry’s most experienced specialists. Steve’s appointment adds further depth to this wealth of technical expertise, ensuring CSS continues to deliver the highest of professional standards for lenders, surveyors, and consumers alike.
