Conveyancing distributor, conveybuddy, has today (20th October 2025) announced the appointment of a new Sales Support Manager, adding further experience to its broker-facing team.

Laila Khan has joined the business with immediate effect and will play a key role in supporting conveybuddy’s account management team, ensuring they have the management support they need as the business continues to grow.

Laila brings extensive experience to the role, having led an account management team and worked closely with brokers and conveyancers to develop strong relationships.

She previously worked with conveybuddy’s directors at their former business, where she built a reputation for her detailed knowledge and her ability to train and develop team members.

conveybuddy has also announced two new internal promotions.

Amy Innes has been made a Director of the business, moving to Operations Director, while Hannah Simmonds has been made Senior Account Manager.

Conveybuddy said the appointments and promotions follow a strong period of growth, with rising broker registrations, users and engagement, and an increasing demand for its transparent conveyancing product solutions.

Launched in 2024, conveybuddy provides a tech-enabled panel management service supported by over 80 years of combined conveyancing distribution expertise. It offers advisers a transparent and streamlined solution across sale, purchase, remortgage (including its all-inclusive option), and survey cases.

Harpal Singh, Founder and Chief Executive of conveybuddy, commented:

“We’re really pleased to welcome Laila to the team. She’s well known to us, having worked closely together in the past, and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the role. Her experience in developing an account management team to support brokers’ needs is invaluable as we continue to expand our reach and build stronger relationships across the broker and conveyancing markets.”
