Conveyancing distributor, conveybuddy, has today (16th May 2025) announced the addition of Welsh legal firm, DP Law, to its panel of conveyancing providers.

DP Law, with offices in Cardiff and Bridgend, bring decades of conveyancing experience to the panel. Formerly known as David Prosser in Bridgend, the firm was acquired by Davisons Law in October 2024.

Davisons Law now has 19 offices and over 400 staff, servicing thousands of clients annually.

The addition of DP Law enhances conveybuddy’s strategy of providing brokers with a range of law firms which combine both national scale with regional expertise.

With DP Law onboard, conveybuddy said it is specifically targeting Welsh mortgage brokers seeking a trusted, quality local option for their conveyancing needs – although DP Law’s services are available across all of England and Wales.

The DP Law conveybuddy team is led by Paige Logan, with Helen Bartlam, Director at Davisons Law, helping to oversee the relationship.

Launched in 2024, conveybuddy offers a tech-enabled panel management proposition backed by over 60 years’ combined experience in conveyancing distribution. It delivers a transparent, broker-friendly service across all key products: sale, purchase, remortgage (including an all-inclusive option), and surveys.

Harpal Singh, CEO at conveybuddy, said:

“Welcoming DP Law to our panel is another major step forward in the development of the conveybuddy proposition. Not only do we now have one of the best-known and most trusted Welsh law firms available to our introducers, but with Davisons Law as their parent, DP Law combines local knowledge with national strength. Welsh brokers in particular can now offer clients a local service with the reassurance of scale and capacity behind it. We’re excited about this partnership and what it will deliver to brokers and their clients alike."

Helen Bartlam, Director at DP Law, said:

“We’re absolutely delighted to be joining the conveybuddy panel and to be working with Harpal and the team again, as their passion for raising standards in conveyancing is something we really value. At DP Law we’re all about delivering a personal, trusted service, and this partnership gives us the opportunity to do just that for even more brokers and their clients. With our strong local expertise and commitment to service, we’re excited to support conveybuddy’s growing network and help make the conveyancing journey smoother for everyone involved. We’re all looking forward to what’s to come.”
