Founded over 20 years ago, Crofts is headquartered in Cleethorpes, with branches in Louth and Immingham. The acquisition of three new branches expands Connells Group’s footprint in an area where it is under-represented, strengthening national presence and linking the existing branch network across the Lincolnshire region.
Crofts has an enviable reputation in the local market, managing a substantial lettings portfolio of close to 700 properties, alongside a consistent and well‑established sales business. The company is widely recognised as a leading agent in its area, with strong brand presence and deep local expertise.
