Colenko is pleased to announce the appointment of Cameron Linnell as Business Development Manager for the North, strengthening its sales coverage and relationship-led support across the region.
Cameron joins Colenko with more than a decade of experience in real estate finance, spanning underwriting and sales. His background gives him a strong understanding of specialist property finance transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.
He began his career at NatWest before moving into specialist finance. Cameron has since held roles at Avamore Capital and, most recently, Albatross Lending Group, where he focused on the North of England.
In his new role, Cameron will work closely with brokers, introducers and property professionals throughout the North, helping them access Colenko's bridging, refurbishment and development finance solutions. His established network will further strengthen Colenko's presence in the region.
