Claire joins Novus with a wealth of experience in scaling businesses, digital transformation, and driving commercial success. With an impressive background in leadership roles across operations, growth, and strategy, she brings a unique perspective that will accelerate Novus' mission to enable Horizontal Digital Integration (HDI) across the home buying and selling industry.

Claire's career spans senior roles in high-growth consultancies and technology-driven businesses. Most recently, she served as Chief Growth Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, leading commercial strategy, operational excellence, and digital adoption initiatives. Her expertise in scaling businesses and fostering high-performing teams will be instrumental in Novus’ next phase of growth.
