Castle Trust Bank has launched a new website, delivering an enhanced user experience that makes it quicker and easier for brokers to find the right bridging and term loan solutions for their property investor clients.

The new website features clearer signposting, a more intuitive layout, and simplified navigation to help brokers access the information they need with greater ease.

In addition, the site introduces improved accessibility, meeting the latest WCAG website standards – making Castle Trust Bank one of the first lenders in the sector to offer this level of inclusivity online.

The website upgrade is the latest in a series of improvements designed to support brokers and streamline the lending process. It follows the recent launch of Castle Trust Bank’s upgraded PULSE application platform, and the introduction of a 48-hour refinance service, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to speed, certainty, and exceptional broker service.

Anna Lewis, Commercial Director at Castle Trust Bank, said:

“At Castle Trust Bank, we’re focused on delivering lending at speed – and that commitment goes beyond just decision-making and completions. It means removing friction at every stage of the process, starting from the moment a broker visits our website.

“The new website is designed to be clear, accessible and efficient, giving brokers quicker access to the tools and information they need. Whether it’s finding product criteria, checking case updates, or exploring how we can help with complex client scenarios, this is another important step in supporting brokers to deliver great outcomes for their clients.”
