The Brightstar Group has announced the line-up for the two star-studded panel discussions at The Specialist Lending Expo next week.
The first panel, which will focus on the mortgage market and its opportunities, will cover the impact of the Budget on future mortgage business, ask whether we’re witnessing the death of buy-to-let, and discuss how to thrive in 2025.
Chaired by Rob Jupp, Group CEO at the Brightstar Group, the panel will include Adrian Moloney, Group Intermediary Director at OSB Group; Barry Searle, Managing Director at Castle Trust Bank; Steve Cox, Chief Commercial Officer at Fleet Mortgages and David Whittaker, Chief Executive Officer at Keystone Property Finance.
The second panel of the day will cover the importance of organisational culture, with insights on how to motivate, inspire and retain team members. The panel will be chaired by Clare Jupp, Chief People Officer at the Brightstar Group, and include Buster Tolfree, Director of Mortgages at United Trust Bank; Hayley Evans, Key Relationship Manager at OSB Group; Nick Baker, Chief Commercial Officer at Allica Bank; Tanya Elmaz, Director of Intermediary Sales at Together and Grant Hendry, Director of Sales at Foundation Home Loans.
In addition, the packed agenda will shine a light on what goes on in the mind of a mortgage mastermind, with a one-to-one conversation between William Lloyd-Hayward, Group COO at the Brightstar Group and Joshua Elash, Chief Executive Officer at MT Finance. And there will also be a keynote presentation from Darren Winder, Head of Lazarus Economics and Strategy, who will provide the latest insights into the economic outlook.
