Angel Property Finance Limited has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as a Lender Member.

Angel Property Finance is a specialist property lender providing bespoke finance for residential and commercial property transactions.

The lender draws on its team’s experience across banking, property and specialist lending to offer flexible funding solutions tailored to individual transactions. It focuses on providing borrowers and property professionals with a personal, hands-on service throughout the lending process.

The BDLA is the UK’s only trade association dedicated to representing the interests of bridging and development lenders and their customers. It has more than 100 Lender and Associate Members, with its lender members representing a collective loan book of more than £11.5 billion.
