Alternative Bridging Corporation has strengthened its regional sales coverage with the appointment of Jignesh Mistry as Business Development Manager for the Midlands.

Jignesh joins Alternative Bridging with more than 13 years’ experience in the mortgage and property finance sector and will report to Paul Gavin, Head of Sales. Based in the Midlands, his role will focus on supporting intermediaries across the region and strengthening relationships with broker partners.

He joins from Precise Mortgages, where he spent more than a decade in a range of senior sales, account management and business development roles. During his time at the lender, Jignesh worked across residential and buy-to-let lending, as well as bridging finance, and played a key role in supporting the implementation and growth of a start-up lender proposition.

The appointment is further demonstration of Alternative Bridging’s continued investment in supporting brokers with accessible, knowledgeable support and specialist finance solutions across key regions.

Paul Gavin, Head of Sales at Alternative Bridging Corporation, says:

“Expanding our regional sales presence is essential to ensuring brokers receive the right level of support wherever they are based. Jignesh brings a wealth of experience from across the mortgage market and a proven track record of building strong broker relationships. His appointment further strengthens our ability to support intermediaries across the Midlands.”

Jignesh Mistry, Business Development Manager at Alternative Bridging Corporation, says:

“Alternative Bridging has built a strong reputation for broker service and flexibility, which really appealed to me. I’m looking forward to working closely with intermediaries across the Midlands and helping them deliver positive outcomes for their clients.”
