Acre has today unveiled its new AI-powered compliance and workflow functionality designed to help brokers stay aligned with mortgage regulation as they navigate clients through the advice journey, while delivering a level of automation that significantly improves day-to-day operational efficiencies.
Acre’s new AI-driven Meeting Assistant and Document Checker features reflect the platform’s first steps into embedding true intelligence into its workflows. In these two complementary AI features Acre is transforming compliance from a manual, time-intensive reactive process to an automated, proactive process. It will save advisors significant amounts of time keying Fact Find information while also identifying potential advice gaps before they become a concern for compliance teams.

Both features are currently being piloted by a small group of early-adopter clients, with a wider rollout expected over the next few months.
What is Acre Meeting Assistant?
Acre’s new Meeting Assistant uses the latest AI technology to automatically capture and transcribe broker-client discussions via live recording in the platform, uploaded Microsoft Teams or Zoom recordings or links to telephony systems using Zapier. It analyses the full transcript to identify case vulnerabilities and broker next steps as well as match what the client actually said to the existing fact find to ensure accuracy and can update accordingly to reflect the most accurate data.
Fully integrated into the Acre workflow, this new feature delivers built-in compliance validation and reporting to ensure each case is handled efficiently and errors are minimised.
What is Acre Document Checker?
Acre’s AI-driven Document Checker automatically checks and classifies multiple documents, reducing the need for manual review, while also identifying any potential errors at source. Integrated with Acre Document Requirements, this new document checker feature reviews each case’s paperwork to ensure GDPR and Consumer Duty compliance requirements are met as well as saving brokers time at source. Combined with the over 1,000 automated case checks already made by Acre’s system, this delivers unmatched functionality.
