Access Financial Services has hired three employees from an online marketing agency to enhance the adviser support and experience.
Their first task will be to refresh existing marketing assets, overhaul design and content and provide brokers with enhanced marketing collateral. The new team will go on to develop a new Access FS website that is more search engine friendly with a view to generating more leads for advisers. The hires will also support advisers with ongoing social content and manage all the mortgage and protection brokerage’s personalised microsites.
The three employees include a copywriter, a web developer and a graphic designer.
They will report into Nicholas Jones, the mortgage sales and marketing director.
Access FS says the move will accelerate the delivery of consistent and targeted content and will transform how the company presents its services to the market – while helping drive stronger broker engagement through improved social media activity.

The team will enhance existing marketing assets and generate new marketing collateral, provided to brokers free of charge. The vision is to create or refresh 150 personalisable items, including social media posts and to provide advisers with their own website to generate leads for the advisers.
“We’re always looking to recruit experienced senior brokers and if we can support them with great social content and personalised marketing collateral that can help them grow their deal volumes, we become a more attractive proposition to advisers looking to expand and develop their businesses. And by improving our personalised adviser microsites, we hope to generate more organic leads for advisers, too.”
